EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD WINS ARKEA ULTIM CHALLENGE

Congratulations to Charles Caudrelier on taking line honours in the Arkea Ultim Challenge-Brest.
This race was the first time these 32m long trimarans would attempt to race around the world, and all six boats on the starting line on 7th January were equipped with a GORI Propeller – Race Propeller.
Sailing on Edmond de Rothchild, Caudrelier representing the Gitana Team, had an elapsed time of 50 days 19 hrs 7 mins 42 seconds, sailing a distance of 28,938 nautical miles on the water, in some extremely challenging conditions.
Four boats continue out on the racecourse at the time of publishing this article.
